Insomnia is a sleeping disorder and the use in sentence B is not correct.

Numer one, yes it is good exercize for your brain mainly cursive tho because the strokes of the pen or pencil could be totally different each time, number two, the answer is yes, although your brain memorizes both patterns of typing and writing your brain still focuses on alot of movements and i cant help on 3,
