Explanation:

The Boston Tea Party was both an act of activism and vandalism. The message was that they are going to stand up and react to the new British imposed taxes but they also chose to destroy British property at the same time and thus even though it was activism it was vandalism at the same time. But most activities that were born out of a reaction to injustices turned to vandalism so it is not surprising what happened in Boston.
