Throughout the war, the NAACP and alternative civil rights organizations worked to end discrimination within the military.
It could be (B) or (C) though most of the time after writing a rough draft the person will give it to someone else to see if it sounds right then they'll rewrite it if there is something to change, that's why id choose (C)
