Okay, I'll give a few examples. Sorry if these seem a bit weak.

1: Whenever I was younger, my grandmother taught me to sew by hand. Her decision to educate me on that field affected me in the long term. I'm still sewing to this day, and it's an incredibly useful skill to have.


2: A local musician in my area gave me a signed guitar pick five years ago. That inspired me to start playing stringed instruments.

3: One of the local librarians asked if I would volunteer at the library. I accepted. The volunteer work gave me a lot of useful leadership and communication skills.

Wonder is a children's book that has a facial anomaly that came out in 2012 in the sense that people will treat every kid equally and accept everyone.

When it is mentioned in the book that Auggie will graduate, He makes the trip to the auditorium with Summer and Jack.

Mr. Tushman gave out various awards before giving out the Greatness Award at the very end. The Greatness Award recognizes courage, kindness, and compassion. Auggie was thrilled to see that everyone was rooting for him as he was given this distinction. As soon as he stepped onto the stage, everyone cheered loudly.
