Freedom of Speech is a right that is protected by the First Amendment, but it doesn’t protect all kinds of speech, The Supreme Court of US has decided that the First Amendment doesn’t protect speeches that call for imminent violent upon a person or a group.

The freedom of the press is the basis of democracy, it consists of the liberty of the press to publish materials and the absence of interference by the state.

Nevertheless, in this case, the judge must see the context of the speech. If the newspaper spreads information about members of the gang it might ruin the whole operation and also put the lives of many people in danger. Because of that, the judge will not completely remove the newspaper’s right of freedom of the press, but it will balance with the right of the citizens to be safe and will benefit the public’s safety.

In addition to the Ohio river valley to what other region did pitt expand his attacks on the French
Hunter-Best [27]

Answer: It was a conflict that involved England and Prussia on one side; on the other, France, Austria and Russia. The dispute spans America, Europe and India. In the English colonies of North America it is known as the War against the French and Indians, as armies on both sides involved indigenous tribes in the struggle.

The English victory was sealed with the Treaty of Paris, whereby France ceded Canada, the Ohio Valley and part of the Antilles to the English, but retained Haiti, Guadeloupe and Martinique; for the Spaniards, who assisted the French in America, France delivers the west of Mississippi, while the Spaniards give Florida to the English.

To win the war, British Prime Minister Willian Pitt dumped troops and money on the colonies. As a result, military spending was high; To rebalance the budget, the British impose heavy taxes on American settlers, which is considered to be one of the immediate causes for the start of the United States independence movement.

HOW did generals WINFIELD SCOTT and ZACHARY TAYLOR contribute to the United States victory in the MEXICAN WAR?
finlep [7]
Zachary Taylor attacked, won over and controlled the northeastern provinces of Mexico. While he had a de-facto power over them, the problem was that the Mexican government did not want to accept this officially.

In order to counter the last problem, Scott attacked Mexico City and controlled it in 1847, after which Mexico had to concede the northeastern territories.

In ancient India, can geography affect culture?
zzz [600]

The geography of India greatly influenced the location of early settlements on the subcontinent. Both the Indus and the Ganges rivers carried rich silt from the mountains to the plains. When the rivers flooded, the silt spread over the plains and made the soil in the river valleys fertile for farming, In ancient civilizations, geography affected them in so many ways, like the climate, resources, and the landscape that they use, The mountains provided them with protection against invasions, but the mountains were also used for trading with other to get the resources that they needed.
