Aptitude test are the best way to measure a candidates potential and working efficiency. The achievement test mainly finds out the person’s full knowledge in particular field or subject. The Aptitude Test measure a person’s innate capacity. Achievement test are mostly done after the finishing of a grade or a class or a course.
