URGENT!
vekshin1

Answer:

Pure math has concepts which are technical and advanced to be used especially in industry, whereas math literacy has simple basic concepts that any general student can use in daily life to survive.

Explanation:

Schools tend to focus on matric pass rates and “university passes”. Yet pupils and their parents should remember that a so-called “university pass” does not necessarily equate to earning a prized spot at a university. Competition is fierce. There are always more applicants than places.

Some pupils may be convinced that it is their destiny to be a poet or movie star. They may argue that they do not need matric, let alone a pass that includes mathematics. This is all very well but why limit your options? Life is long. Desires may change as you mature. At 15, it is difficult to commit to a single path. By choosing mathematics pupils are hedging their bets and increasing their life options.

Bezzdna [24]

Foil means a character who has the same motif.

Both Fortinbras and Laertes had the same motif as Hamlet. E well know that every one of them has lost his father but they differ in reactions. Laertes and Fortinbras they immediately acted after they heard about the death of their fathers but Hamlet delayed this is because of his flow.

Fortinbras acted quickly to avenge his father’s death by launching a huge military conquest which was against Denmark. Fortinbras engaged in the real leadership of Norwegian armies and expanded territory in his country.

Hamlet differs from Laertes in that Hamlet is introspective and indecisive while Laertes is impulsive and rash.

Identify whether the sentence is a simple or compound sentence. I looked for Jonah and Grandma at the airport. simple compound
VashaNatasha [74]

Answer:

Simple sentence

Explanation:

A simple sentence contains a subject and a verb.  It expresses a single complete thought that can stand on its own.

A compound sentence has two independent clauses. An independent clause is a part of a  sentence that can stand alone because it contains a subject and a verb and expresses a  complete thought. Basically, a compound contains two simple sentences.  These independent clauses are joined by a conjunction.

Here "and" is used but not as a conjunction so it is a simple sentence.
