No, there is no requirement regarding any training to become a leader of a huge country.

  • There is a change in qualification according to the country"s laws, it may include citizenship, Religion, Sex of the candidate, etc.
  • The leaders must come beneath those requirements only, at the same time no leaders demand to work in a tiny country to rule a large country.
