During the transitioning period, Managers plan for the demobilization process in NIMS.

Further Explanation:-

In NIMS, the disposition of all the resources is related to recovery. Resources that are present in the site of the incident along with other fixed facilities are also included in the process. All the resources first start with the process of rehabilitation, replenish, Disposing and it ends with retrogression. Demobilization is not only orderly and safe but it also provides efficient returns to the incident resource.

Demobilization process should take place as soon as possible after the decision is made because it will facilitate the accountability of the resources that are present. It is the responsibility of the incident commander to execute the process of demobilization as he is the one who follows the protocols of the agency. It is the responsibility of the managers to do all the planning of demobilization. The sooner the managers take the decision of demobilization the better it will be for them to make transportation resources efficient.

NIMS - National Incident Management System, establishes a standardized approach to resource management before, during and after the incident. During the incident, set the right resources, the right place and time can be a matter of life and death. Prior to the incident, resources are inventoried and categorized by kind and type. Procedures in resource management planning include the use of all available resources, at all levels of government, non-governmental organizations and the private sector. Managers also need to plan the demobilization process at the same time as the resource mobilization process begins. Early demobilization planning facilitates responsibility and makes logistic resource management as efficient as possible.

The answer would be: managers plan and prepare the demobilization process at the same time as they begin to mobilize resources.

How does the media influence the policy agenda of the President and the public agenda of the American public?
MrMuchimi

Answer:

Today, many political analysts agree in classifying journalism and the media as the fourth branch of democracy, in addition to the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch and the Judicial Branch. This means, according to these analysts, that journalism exercises a determining power within the framework of democracy, decisively influencing public opinion in society and establishing issues of interest to citizens.

Ultimately, there is a covert manipulation through the dissemination of news, which implies that citizens consume a certain agenda or ideology through them. Thus, the media modify the public agenda, creating needs in the citizenry, which begins to demand these from the politicians, modifying in turn the political agenda of the nation.

Artemon [7]
It reflects the principle of "Checks and Balances". Checks and balances is when the 3 branches get to check on each other to make sure that no branch is abusing their power. The judicial branch can declare a law unconstitutional, and can impeach the president if necessary. The executive branch elects the judges for the Supreme Court, and can veto a law. The legislative branch can override a veto
