Ok, so when the hunters are supposedly find a monster/beast they found something much darker. They actually found a body of a military pilot who had ejected from his plane. The hunters then decided to keep on searching for the monster, but instead, kill a sow, in a violent, ritualistic manner.
Hope this helps :)

Why did Ulysses return to Circe’s island after he visited the underworld?
Temka [501]
The shade (ghost or spirit) of Elpenor, one of Odysseus' men whom he spoke to in Hades, begged Odysseus to give him the proper funeral rites.  The Greeks believed that a soul suffered and could not be at rest unless it was properly buried (this was the impetus for the plot of Antigone).  Since Odysseus had promised to give him all the proper funeral rites, he needed to go back to Circe's island to do so

PLEASE HELP
svet-max [94.6K]

Answer:

Assumptions limit you from learning the whole scope a certain topic. Take the BLM movement in the USA, it isn't wrong but how it started was actually what's wrong. People were so quick to assume that only the cops were at fault for the death of George Floyd but later this year, the whole footage of one of the policemen's body cams showed that Floyd was indeed uncooperative with the police during his arrest. The BLM movement is not bad. Bothe Floyd and the police were wrong but because only an assumption of the clip was made, the police were only the ones attacked for this incident.
