Trinity test was carried on July 16, 1945, at 5: 30,  The explorer Los Alamos discharged a plutonium bomb at an investigation site instituted on the U.S. Much of the investigation as well as the advancement of this top-secret atomic program labeled "The Manhattan Project" heldin Los Alamos, New Mexico. Air Force location at Alamogordo, New Mexico, which was 120 miles southward of Albuquerque. Oppenheimer assumed the title “Trinity” for the experiment site, motivated by the verse of John Donne.
