The answer is C. The relationship between organizational culture and estimating is cultural norms affect the accuracy of estimates.

EXPLANATION

Cultural norms refer to the standards that we live by. Cultural norms include rules and expectations that will guide the people to behave within a certain guideline in a social group. Cultural norms are reinforced and learned from childhood. It can be learned from the parents, teachers, friends, and anyone that is around while growing up in society. To make it simpler, anything in the environment around us will teach us about social norms.

Norms often will differ across cultures. Norms will also contribute to cross-cultural misunderstandings. Many studies had documented the differences between them both. Some societies believe in their cultural norms. They hold on to their cultural norms so strongly that they insist on strong conformity across the board. They wanted everyone to live within the cultural norms and anyone who deviates will receive social punishment. Societies like this reflect on cultural tightness.

There are also societies that tolerate deviance from cultural norms. These societies are usually called culturally loose societies. Societies like this do not hold strongly on their cultural norms and do not insist on conformity for everyone in society. People who do not obey the cultural norms, they will not receive any social punishment.

aleksklad [387]

Answer:

During the 1950s and early 1960s many Americans retreated to the suburbs to enjoy the new consumer economy and search for some normalcy and security after the instability of depression and war. But many could not. It was both the limits and opportunities of housing that shaped the contours of postwar American society.
