The answer is a Fascist government

After world war one, Italians believed that the treaty of Versailles was bad for them and mass dissatisfaction ensued. This led to the rise of Benito Mussolini who came into power through promises that he would make Italy great and that he would get what Italy was promised but was never given. He garnered a huge following and took the government.
