1. Cuándo

In this question, we want to know the date of your birthday, that's why we choose the word cuándo that means when. So the question ¿cuándo es tu cumpleaños? can be translated as when is your birthday? Then, we use the word cuándo in a question when asking at what time or in what situation something happens. So we can write the following dialogue:
- ¿Cuándo es tu cumpleaños?
- Mi cumpleaños es el 8 de Enero

2. Dónde

In this question, I'm asking what place you live. Thus, the word dónde means where. Accordingly, we can translate the question ¿dónde vives? as where do you live? So vives is the conjugation of the verb vivir (to live) for the second person singular in the simple present. Finally, we can write a dialogue as follows:
- ¿Dónde vives?
- Vivo en la calle Santa Ana, edificio 93

3. Qué

Here we use the word qué to refer what kind of person you are? So here we also use the verb ser conjugated as eres for the second person singular in the simple present. This verb is being used here as characteristic, describing personality descriptions of a person. So a dialogue can be as follows:
- ¿Qué tipo de persona eres?
- Soy una persona agradable

4. Qué

Here we also use the word because we want to know what is your hobby. So the question ¿qué te gusta hacer en tu tiempo libre? means what do you like to do in your free time? So gusta is the conjugation of the verb gustar for the second person singular in the simple present. Also, hacer is an infinitive verb. Finally, we can write a dialogue as follows:
- ¿Qué te gusta hacer en tu tiempo libre?
- Me gusta bailar

5. Cómo

There are two common question when we want to know the name of someone ¿cuál es tu nombre? and ¿cómo te llamas? Basically, these two questions translate into what's your name? So the word we choose here is cómo. Then, we can write a dialogue as follows:
- ¿cómo te llamas?
- Me llamo Daniel

6. Qué

We use the word qué here because we want to know what sport you practice. To know this, we can use either the verb practicar and hacer. So the question ¿qué deportes practicas? and ¿qué deporte haces? means the same. Finally, we can write a dialogue as follows:
- ¿Qué deporte haces?
- Juego fútbol.

7. Cuántos

If we want to know the age of a person, we ask the question ¿cuántos años tienes? that means how old are you? so tienes is the conjugation of the verb tener that matches the subject pronoun tú. In Spanish, we use the verb tener when telling the age of a person unlike in English that uses the verb to be. So:
- ¿Cuántos años tienes?
- Tengo 27 años
