It is also known as a biome which keeps on changing as it experiences four distinct seasons annually such as summer, winter, spring and fall. The winters here are considered pretty cold and summers are warm along with the temperature rise between 30 to 60 inches of precipitation every year. The precipitation occurs annually. This region has a lot of population residing in it due to the fertile soil and hardwood trees which are good for building and construction.
