Vasectomy also called “the snip” is a medical sterilization procedure for men who are sure they don't want a future pregnancy. Requires surgery, 99% effective, and last permanently. They are usually done by urologists by cutting small holes or slits in the scrotum and then cutting the vas deferens bilaterally and sealing both sides of each cut with stitches or cautery.

well depends on what is being trained for like if running  train every other day to streanthen your leg muscles and try going even further  every time u run

so every other day starts with streaching  then lunges with weights in hands   try uping them each time being done then followed by squates  with weights in hands and try upping the amount  when feel ur ready to do so  sit ups  help as well  so ur also then working all ur musles so not only one part of the boady is stonger than the other part there are also pulls u can  do as well if able to do so
