Dear Mayor Andrews

Like you, I am a very concerned citizen about our city and the image it shows in the world, so I believe you will understand my position and consider my opinions about the graffiti that are scattered throughout the city. Certain of his understanding, I decided to write to him to comment on the importance of maintaining these graffiti.

Graffiti is a form of urban artistic expression that brings art and color to our city, in addition to highlighting social and economic problems that often go unnoticed by us.
