Yes you are also correct on it being B. because as you can see in the paragraph, it is listing the chronological order of the talent show acts from first to last. It would make sense for the paragraph to end with the final act which is option B. Hope I helped!

Yupp i think its B too. It wouldn't be A or B, because they were talking about the order the students came out. Therefore, A and C are off topic, and it wouldn't be D either because why would they talk about something out of order, when they are listing or talking about the order of the talent show? That just defeats the wole purpose of the paragraph.

1. Which of the following is not an example of narrative writing?
mars1129 [50]

Answer:

The instructions for assembling a model car .

Explanation:

Narrative writing is the form or style of writing that involves telling a story, a structure, a plot, conflict, characters, dialogues, etc. In simple words, it is a story where there are characters and there is a storyline.

Among the options given, "instructions for assembling a model car" is not an example of narrative writing. This is because it does not contain a storyline, plot, or characters nor does it involve any conflict. Rather, it provides instruction on how to successfully assemble a model car, more like a fact of the matter lists for a process rather than tell a story.

Thus, the correct answer is the third option.

You, the commissioners, have come from afar to listen to our grievances. My heart is glad and I shall hide nothing from you. I u
Hoochie [10]

Answer:

Satanta's speech is affected by the humble tone by making it sound respectful to the commissioners. This is also important since he says that he will not hide anything from them. By speaking in this way, Stanata makes his speech match what he is saying. If the opposite happened and the tone was presumptuous, this would take away value from that which he is asking from the listeners.
