<span>The correct answer is C. Basically, it was considered for the Pharaoh to be a deity, like a half man half god. Because of this they weren't allowed to mention them so they referred to the palace instead where the Pharaoh ruled. The title Pharaoh means something like the great house, and it's great because the man-god is inside ruling over the people.</span>

If what you are talking about is Rwanda, it did not help much in the crisis. Many were killed as some European contingent pulled out of Rwanda due to the growing.  Some like Canada were frustrated with lack of action.  Eventually French forces help bring order back in the country.  If it was Bosnia-Herzegovina then they too had difficulty as it took American intervention to bring order in that region.
