Yes. sometimes you might look at it for a little bit but you don’t pay attention to the little details. the longer you look you find other stuff.
this is more of an opinion type of thing but i think when its soft enough to bite into (but obviously with a little bite because nobody likes mooshy pasta) and when it's not too hard to put a fork through
