Equilibrium quantity happens when the market's demands are being met by the supply. In the case presented, the wheat production will fall, making the supply lower than before. This will cause the price to rise, at the same time maintaining the profit and halting the consumption by the market.

Although, with time the suppliers may make enough profit with the new prices so that production will start rising again and making the prices lower but not as low as before; the equilibrium quantity will happen when the demand gets bigger because of relatively better prices.

What was the most important and lasting impact of the Black Power Movement of the 1960s and 1970s?
Sphinxa [80]

Answer:

Equal Rights.

Explanation:

Before this time, blacks were "free" but with numerous restrictions. The only difference between their enslavement and "freedom" was that they had more protection and had to be paid for work in most scenarios. After the Black Power Movement, they were entitled to many of the same rights as the average white person, but it would still be years before they were as free as they are today.

Alex_Xolod [135]
Both enslavement and indentured servitude were both forms of forced labor. Each is a form of forced labor because those in that condition were obligated to perform work. Indentured servitude was not a form of slavery or imprisonment because indentured servants retained some rights beyond those of slaves or prisoners. Many indentured servants, and even some slaves, received wages for their labor, but neither status could properly be considered a form of wage labor because both slaves and indentured servants could be required to work in the absence wages.

Which of the following BEST explains the difference between civilian deaths in WW I and WW II?
nevsk [136]

The reason why there is such a difference between civilian deaths in WWI and WWII was that civilians were deliberately targeted in WWII.

Why were there more civilian deaths in WWII?

In WWII, the combatants targeted civilians directly in some cases as opposed to WWI where civilian deaths were limited.

For instance, WWII saw the Nazis targeting specific populations such as Jews. The allies also targeted civilian areas during their bombing raids in order to pressure the Nazis to surrender.
