Answer:

The reforms that were brought forward by the Progressives are discussed below.

Explanation:

The progressives worked hard to bring reforms in the education, health and industrial fields. The progressives brought forward reforms so that every person whether rich or poor could be treated equally. Efforts were made to provide jobs to poor persons.

The progressives worked hard to improve the conditions of the poor and middle-class people. Hence, the middle-class people were the main supporters of the progressives.

The middle-class women also took an active part in the reform brought during the progressive era. They fought for the rights of women and ensured that every child from the middle class be given quality education.

Municipal reforms were brought forward by the middle-class activists. Modern techniques in science were used to eliminate waste, better opportunities were provided to locals by providing them modern, quality education.

Even activists worked hard to bring reforms for the people living in the rural areas. Better roads were constructed and they were given guidance on using modern science techniques for their crops.

Komok [63]

Answer and Explanation:

The ancient Israeli religion is the term used to determine the beginnings of Judaism, which was presented without dividing its strands and with compliance, without exception to the 613 precepts stipulated by Jewish Law. In addition, this religion presented a strong literal and complex interpretation of the Israelite scriptures and prophets, focusing on the historical growth and practices that the Israelites were creating through the passage of time.

The main difference between the ancient Israeli religion and Judaism is the lack of softer and less rigid strands.

Compare the early Roman Empire to the empire conquered by Alexander the Great. Why did the Roman Empire hold together for so muc
Anna35 [415]

The Answer is:

Alexander’s troops had much protection on their head and chest. This could be because their troops were more valuable and not as replaceable as the Romans who also had protective armor but not as heavy. The Romans carried more light armor for better mobility. To the Romans speed was more important than defense. They did not fight like a unit as much as the Alexandrians did, it was more stagnant and vicious.

We can think about the outcomes of this voyage in both the short and the long term.In the short term, the voyages led to the destruction of the natives of the lands that Columbus found.  Some of them were killed outright.  Others were enslaved.  Many died of diseases brought by the Europeans.  This was the main impact of these voyages in the very short term.Later, Columbus’s voyages led to the domination of the area from Mexico south to Peru by the Spanish.  This resulted in the destruction of the major native civilizations like the Incas and the Aztecs.  It also resulted in the enrichment and empowerment of Spain.
