I know of 2 Georgia, and new mexico.. I would say Georgia since i literally just moved from there and they were everywhere.

3. participation in the local community (positively)
4. keep yourself informed on local issues
5. obey American laws
Mexico is the only democracy that had a one party system for 71 years.

African americans and Mexican americans also helped fight the war, SIDE BY SIDE with white people, and so racial equality slowly but steadily took its place in the US
