Making Comparisons: How have the inventions of the past thirty years changed daily life for you?

History
1 answer:
ASHA 777 [7]4 years ago
5 0

Answer:

The inventions that changed my life the most would be personal computers, the internet, mobile phones, and fiber optics. The internet is revolutionary because it connects the whole world. It enabled things such as social media, Email, video sharing platforms to exist and to spread news, culture and to even find long lost relatives over the globe. Mobile phones are not an essential part of our lives and where ever you are if you have received your family and friends can contact you to make plans or to check on you. Fiber optics made internet and phone connections a lot quicker and without interference so that we can have clear connections with everyone around the world.

5. Explain why the President's political party almost always loses seats during the midterm elections.
allsm [11]

Answer:

It's because the party that's not in office is usually more angry about what's currently going on in politics, and they want to vote to change that.

For example, the Democrats gained a bunch of seats during the midterms, because they don't like what Trump is doing in office right now, and they wanted to vote to have more representation. The same thing happened when Obama was in office from 2008-2016. The Republicans gained more seats, because they didn't approve of Obama and wanted change.
