The disease that is being caused by mosquitoes are known as vector born disease or vector contract. These disease are spread by their carrier and they are mosquitoes.
The mosquitoes carrying the pathogen in it bites the person and the person gets infected by the disease. Some examples of such diseases are malaria, chickengunia, yellow fever, zika fever et cetera.
They usually carry bacteria, virus or other pathogen inside them which temporarily lives in the body of mosquitoes and then completes its rest of the life in human beings.
You could say that you enforced a "bed time" and a corresponding waking up time. by doing this it will improve performance of the brain and creativity and an overall motivation/outlook on life.
