The unintended effects were the environmental changes which occurred and came as a striking trouble to the nearby of the Everglades.

<u>Explanation: </u>

The environmental problems came up that leads to heavy rains in the summer season of the year of 1966. These caused many of deer and small animals of wild habitat in hundreds of numbers to be drowned and dead.

It was due to the high volume of water present which covered the food they ate. Water lodging and flood with heavy rain came up as the unintended consequence resulted when draining the part of Everglades by U.S Army Corp engineers.
