Simply make the reader intrigued in reading it.
For example, you can use a title of an essay as a hook.
Some writers may make their titles "Consider this" or "On that" and the reader is automatically interested and wondering what they should be considering or reading about.

Anastasy [175]

Answer: quoting.

The best method for incorporating evidence in this case would be quoting. This is because the original text is easily accessible, and because, if the reader were to question your argument, he would be able to easily compare your analysis with the text. Moreover, your claim refers to the use of language in the book, which does not require secondary sources in order to be interpreted.

Please help me with this
there are sooo much
choose only 4
Amanda [17]

There are 8 of them so we need to choose the four best.

My choices are in no particular order.

4. Anytime the horizon narrows and widens, you have to take care in what you are seeing. It sounds to me like a pair of scissors or sheers that are also moving up and down. Pretty scarry.

5. Jagged with waves. Jagged!! That's pretty descriptive.

6. Pointed like rocks? 5 and 6 both suggest a knife.

8. The waves were barbarously abrupt and tall [and each top froth making small boat navigation a problem.] I've added the last to make it clear that the sea was ominous.
