The answer is bradycardia.

Beckham has a low blood pressure (hypotension) and low heart rate(bradycardia). It shows that the heart is not strong enough to pump blood as usual. This could be the result of the heart attack, which make most of the heart muscle can't work. This condition also could be called as acute heart failure.
