Time passes quickly.It is a way how things move, it depends if your bored then you feel like time is going to slow and when your having fun it's like wow already!

talking littarly your shadow is something dark, behind you. in here I think it means like the darkness or bad stuff, fears and stuff that you believe in that keep you from doing stuff you wanna do or have to do. Therefore your life is restricted by your fears...your shadow. :)
