The controversy surrounding the creation of the Transportation Safety Administrationwas that the agency detained hundreds of Middle Easterners, leading to claims of civil rights violations.

Consequently, it resulted really hard for people from middle east to enter the United States, ever since the establishment of Transportation Safety Administration. However, the majority of them only rejected at the gate or being made to pass difficult protest to obtain a visa. Only a small number of them being detained.
