IDEAS FOR RECONSTRUCTION, explain why they are good ideas?

Look here the reconstruction means the reconstruction of economy,society, good behaviour also law and order...
after civil war mean after the destruction in South ,North behaved good to them, they cared for them and that is why they help in reconstruction...because of it South was able to manage its society once again... So that was a good idea...
