Ana, tienes hambre ahora? (Ana are you hungry now?)
Tenemos is a plural way to say are you hungry and there is only one person which is Ana. The second tienen will also be plural. Tengo would be use for one person but it’s for oneself. For example, Yo tengo hambre. The last one ‘tienes’ would be the correct one because it is used in a sentence or question for one person.
