Answer:

Cells do not 'know' what to do - they just do a specific thing because the proteins they contain have caused that certain thing to happen. DNA gives instructions that order the cell how to put together its proteins; it specifies what building blocks make up different proteins, and what order they should be put together.

_________ is a smooth muscle cell has a central nucleus but lacks striations.
Natalija [7]

Answer:

Linings of hollow organs

Explanation:

Smooth muscle cells are usually found in the lining of hollow organs such as all arteries and veins, wall of stomach, uterus, urinary bladder, digestive system etc. The cells of these linings are spindle shaped and consist of a nucleus at the center which lacks striations.

They work as a housekeeper and are under involuntary control except the heart. They lack striation because of irregular arraying of actin and myosin filament along the length of the cell.

A scientific model is easier to interpret and understand when it includes the main parts or processes, rather than every detail
Drupady [299]
This is true, because extra detail and collateral information begets you to digress and eventually lead some people astray because they lose interest. You'd rather be straight to the point and give key facts about your model instead.
