Answer:
As I make my way through the North I realize exactly how much snow there is. The leafless green trees are covered in fluffy white snow. The air is so cold that I can see my breath in the air when I speak. By the time I made my way up to the camp and gotten the dogs settled it was already dark outside. That's something new for me. It seems so much darker up here than it does back home.
The snow is almost all melted and the trees are starting to grow leaves. The weather is still cold, but not cold enough for me to see my breath in the air when I speak. The ice on the lake is too thin to travel on at this point so I have to take longer routes to get to where I need to be.
The snow is completely melted and the lake water is warm enough for me to swim in. I no longer need a coat or a jacket when I go outside. The air is humid and hot at all times and it doesn't much rain anymore. The trees are full of brightly colored leaves. The farmers can grow all the crops that their hearts desire.

Explanation:
Sickness or disease is a physiological state, which occurs when some of the physiological processes of the body are not working well, either because of internal disruption, like cancer, or external disruption, like viruses or bacteria.
Therefore, when we see everything in our life as negative because we are sick, our percpetion of the world is being affected by a physiological state: the state of being sick.
