Ans1) The narrator of this poem is a woman, a mother, speaking to her young son.

Ans2) When you were small you used to climb in our bed when lightning ripped the sky. We'd hold you tight between us while your father said: "That storm is miles away" a second before the room was lit with.

Ans3) The guidance, thoughtful way of living, and planning.

Ans4)  “Advice to My Son” is, as the title suggests, a poem on how to live one’s life, from the perspective of one who is older and more experienced. In a fashion both witty and wise, the parent advises the son, and by extension the reader, on the dangers and delights life holds in store.

Ans5) Its a poem about growing up and becoming more independent.
