The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest court in the land and the only part of the federal judiciary specifically required by the Constitution.

The Constitution does not stipulate the number of Supreme Court Justices; the number is set instead by Congress. There have been as few as six, but since 1869 there have been nine Justices, including one Chief Justice. All Justices are nominated by the President, confirmed by the Senate, and hold their offices under life tenure. Since Justices do not have to run or campaign for re-election, they are thought to be insulated from political pressure when deciding cases. Justices may remain in office until they resign, pass away, or are impeached and convicted by Congress

The space race was during the cold war so Nuclear Threat was number one was very important to the US to keep under control, however when the Russians launched Sputnik One the race to space stated. Some believe it was to push the other into submission so no nuclear war would not start. The only reason the Cold war isn't still ongoing is because of M.A.D. At one point there was even a treaty to make the two space programs one and end the cold war permanently, however, that never came to pass.

Regarding Federalist Era, it ran from 1788 - 1800 and one of its achievements is that it began with the ratification of the United States, it also created a more powerful government by writing a new Constitution, this period was supported by George Washington and John Adams. A fail is when the Federalists took an aristocratic vision that was not popular to the Americas of middle class.
