Explanation: Nowadays, the companies have a lot of workers that has to work in a team. Most of them are experts on their work areas but, when the subject is collaborative work, they aren't highly experts so so.

Collaborative work can be translated by strong inter-personal relationships across inter-organisational trust and confidence, making the employee feels like he or she are a excepcional and unique part of something grade: a team, that can also see as a corporative family.

When the collaborative work betwen employees are developed, lasting and rewarding, people can trust each other, in a way that they can and should expecting reciprocal toughts and actions, in nature.
