The 3/5 compromise was saying that slaves would finally be counted, which is a good thing since slaves were finally being included, but they were not being included equality for no reason at all (p.s donate to black lives matter), so the inclusion of black people that they said they were doing wasn’t true at all. i hope that kinda helped!
