Let’s start with an example of impersonal style.Work relationships are pretty impersonal. I have a boss that I feel close to, but we only talk about work-related drama to solve issues in the workplace (or is that just office gossip? lol, I can’t tell the difference). I don’t ever invite her to family parties or such. I have a professional relationship with her, so I don’t consider telling her all my life problems or care to ask her about hers.
personal relationships refer to close connections between people, formed by emotional bonds and interactions. These bonds often grow from and are strengthened by mutual experiences.
