When I revise, I go through my paper and highlight all the mistakes that I can, using a different color for each kind. Then after I have done that, I just go through and fix them. It helps the revision go quicker and be more manageable.

Rewrite the following sentence to use an original absolute phrase. All work must be your own. Use proper spelling and grammar.
posledela

Answer: The way to write the sentence: "The store was freezin" as an absolute frase would be: The store freezing, we need to leave it quickly. Or  We need to leave quickly, the store freezing.

An absolute phrase consists on a phrase that modifies a noun in a sentence, but it is not connected to the sentence by a conjunction. It is separated with a comma only, and it could be removed from the sentence without changing the meaning of the sentence.  An absolute phrase tends to contain a participial.

I hope i helped!! <3

I would like some help pls
tiny-mole [99]

Answer:

√sentence contains errors

Explanation:

The given sentence actually contains errors. A closer look at the sentence, one will discover that the error occurred as a result of an omission of "comma" between "leaving" and "his".

Therefore, the corrected sentence is "Before leaving, his assistant finished typing the memo."

In the corrected sentence, I have inserted the omitted comma. Commas are used after introductory phrases, words and clauses that appear before the main clause.
