Answer:

As explained below.

Explanation:

 • Human activities are impacting the quality and quantity of topsoil, which has humus content for the development of a good vegetation by the process of mass extinction and deforestation of trees and modification of the environment of agricultural practices man has altered the soil contents.
 • All these have negatively impacted the soil and caused desertification, acidification and made barren wastelands, as in the case of Sahara desert which was once lush green filled with water sources.
 • My local area to is affected by the same type of man-made disaster, as the river bed which used to be placed where vegetables were grown now seems like a stretch of stinky channel covered with deposits of harmful toxic gases and foam of industrial pollution and toxins released every day by the industries and households nearby.
 • Thus destroying the oxygen levels of soil and making water unfit or contaminated for consumption.

Is the desert sand closer in composition and in the degree of rounding and sorting as the river sand or the beach sand and why
kondaur [170]

Answer:

The three sand are similar in composition, since all are formed 90% by quartz. They are also similar in roundness, as they all have large particles that allow a very sandy soil with low water retention.

Explanation:

The desert area of the river and the beach have a very similar composition, since 90% of these sands are composed of quartz. however, the similarity does not mean that these sands are the same, as they are not, since the sands of the beach and the river may have a little more material, such as animal remains, making these sands also have carbon in composition, something that desert sand has in less quantity.

In addition, both sands have large particles that promote strong aeration in the soil, but a very rapid loss of organic matter.

 • There is a large clast (a fragment of rock) that appears to be different from and inserted into the sediment.
 • There is evidence of changes in how sediment was transported during deposition of these sediments.

Explanation:

 • The geologist who studies the sequence of the rocks and that is relative to the layers of the rocks and as the layers of the bottom is aired of the stick deposits before the layers of the measuring and there is a large class of a fragment of the rocks.
 • That appears to be different from the to intersect into the sediments and there is an evidence of the changes in how sediments were transported and deposited during these sediments.
