So, I've written to my friend in Russia and tried to tell her, "You have a nice name" or "У вас есть хороший имя". However, she

corrected me and told me that she would've typed it like this. "У вас хорошее имя". Why does the есть go away in this case? And why is the ending change to хорошее?

i bet you used google translate sometimes google translate isnt up to date with that language or it can be to formal
