Mining waste is not a municipal solid waste. Municipal solid waste are garbage or trash that is composed of every day items that people throw or discard on a regular basis. Wastes that are found in mining areas are not something that people throw on a daily basis but are produced by mass producing companies that gain profit from the general public.
