To make mission of the soldiers in peace keeping or conflict resolution mission successful , they must get themselves familiar with the country culture and must show restrain to show deep for local culture otherwise they will stir local dissension among the locals which may lead to betrayal,moles and insurrection among natives.

For example in Afghanistan where the United States currently has a standing army units maintaining peace,the soldiers must be trained about the religious and cultural belief extensively and how to get along,the locals provides information on movement of insurgents ,Movement around the topography especially delicate terrain,so to cohabit and successfully carry out their mission,they must gain the trust of the locals which involves mutual respect for each other.
