Should we be standing every time the national anthem is played or pledge of allegiance is recited explain your thoughts
Ivenika [448]

It all depends on one's confidence and way of expressing themselves. Personally, I would say no. After everything that's been going on in this horrid year of 2020, the BLM movement has reasons. Since society today still has to fight for black lives (as well as others that aren't cis, straight, white men), the Pledge of Allegince speaks lies. Many people may pledge "justice for all," but our actions speak different from our words. If you are safe and have the confidence to rebel for what is just, do not stand, as one with heart shall not stand for injustice.

Hope this helps!

I absolutely love writing stuff like this, and it feels good.

Which is more important freedom or (safety) and why? (In essay form)
Amanda [17]
Between freedom and safety, safety is more important. safety is more important because you can be free and safe. safety keeps you alive while freedom has endless possibilities. if you are completely free you may also be reckless; however, if your main priority is safety, that can assure a safer life without issue.
