Right answer:

a. la acera

Acera is a feminine and singular noun that translates into sidewalk ans is a a paved path for pedestrians at the side of a road. We use the definite article la because in Spanish definite articles must agree in both gender and number with the nouns they introduce. Therefore:

IN SPANISH:

Los peatones caminan en la acera

IN ENGLISH:

Pedestrians walk on the sidewalk

Can anybody give me tips on how you differentiate preterite and imperfect tenses? State examples if you can!
olganol [36]
What the other guy said was right, I just want to add that if you see something “I drove many times” that would be imperfect. Anything in the past that was done more than once is imperfect

Example

“Yo manejaba muchas veces”
“Yo jugaba cada mes”

“Yo manejé una vez”
