• Though both have been trained in Martial Arts, there is a considerable amount of difference in their level of badassery. Bruce Wayne has been trained by David Cain, Henri Ducard, probably Ra's Al Ghul himself, Oliver Queen doesn't enjoy such privileges and hence, is much less an expert than Wayne. Hence, all the Queen vs Wayne combat comparisons would skew in one particular direction.
• Bruce Wayne or Batman is like a household name, thanks to amazing comic storylines and the Nolan trilogy somewhat. While, Oliver Queen is not as much popular as Wayne, however, Arrow TV show is trying to increase Queen's popularity and has somewhat done it with two amazing seasons, third may not be that great but it is good enough.

• Both do not have any superpower except their skills, Oliver Queen is efficient in Archery skills while Bruce Wayne has been trained in Martial Arts.
