Explanation:  This passage clearly shows that the modern and hectic lifestyle has made a crucial contribution to the cessation of healthy eating, in a way that makes healthy eating almost impossible. People just have to spend a lot of hours at work for their livelihood and when they get home tired and do not even think to spend time in front of the stove to cook. Some recent scientific studies have shown that humans are not designed to live outside nature, let alone be indoors after many hours of hard work and still work around the house. All this has created an absurdity for people to work to make money for a more comfortable life and then eat unhealthy and then spend money on healthier lifestyles. That is why the author of this article claims that busy lifestyles, which if read between the lines are unnatural for humans, are in fact an obstacle to healthy eating and healthy lifestyles in general.
