to get radius 1.9/2
then use a calculator with this formula 2(3.14)(1.9/2)
or you can use (3.14)(diameter) the diameter was 1.9
so (3.14)(1.9)
8 and a half, Its pretty easy to figure this out, just 0.4 x 8 and that is 3.2 then add a half.
