The Forever Young part symbolizing never wanting to become old what Is call the Peter Pan effect
Colleges are not the only type of education available for people going into the working field. Many companies are open to apprenticeships like they had back in ancient medieval times. Some people can not afford the cost of college and some just plain out do not want to go. People do not have to go to college to go into the working field, but sure it is nice to be ahead of the game when you go in for your interviews. If you plan on going into a business that you own you really do not need to have a college education, but going into college courses and having a degree in business could potentially help you in the long run. Some people that go into apprenticeships do go to a trade school, but they mostly get their learning while on the job doing it physically. Even military could be a great option, and if you do not want to go to college but you want to be set for life with great benefits and support there is no better choice then to join the military. Or lets say you want to go into a career of music, you could go to a school and learn to do whatever it is you do better but in all honesty you really do not have to if you do not want to.
